To qualify for a return, the watch must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as delivered
  • Have no additional scratches, resizing, or alterations
  • Include all original items: box, papers, warranty cards, tags, links, and accessories
  • Retain all protective seals and stickers (if applicable)

Luxury watches must remain in original condition, as even minor wear can significantly affect value.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Watches that have been worn, resized, polished, or altered
  • Special orders, customized, or sourced-on-demand pieces
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items with removed serial numbers, seals, or authenticity tags
